Please note that only those who are registered, are entitled to fill the adult size clothing distribution form. If you fill the form whereas you are not registered, your request shall not be considered. If you want to be registered, please take an appointment in the Services tab above. The password to unlock the form will be disclosed during our sundays services.

Please take note that only requests made within disclosed distribution dates will be considered.

The clothing distribution targets exclusively those who are really in need.

In order to avoid abuses, new and unknown beneficiaries shall have to be met by one of our members; also, credentials shall be verify.

Needless to specify that priority shall be given to UPC St.Laurent members, although the multitude is welcome.
