Please take note that only requests made within disclosed distribution dates will be considered.

The password to unlock the form will be disclosed to subscribers in due time. Each time the food will be distributed, if you want to fill the form, you will have to subscribe again, so that you can receive the password. If you want to subscribe, fill the subcription form below.

The food basket distribution targets exclusively those who are really in need.

In order to avoid abuses, new and unknown beneficiaries shall have to be met by one of our members; also, credentials shall be verify.

Needless to specify that priority shall be given to UPC St.Laurent members, although the multitude is welcome.

If you have not been registered as a beneficiary yet, please do not fill the form. You first have to meet one of our members.

In order to do so, go in the services tab, and book an appointment; you will be registered only after your case has been evaluated.

Please note that only those who are registered, are entitled to fill the free food basket form. If you fill the form whereas you are not registered, your request shall not be considered. If you want to be registered, please take an appointment in the Services tab above. The password to unlock the form will be sent to subscribers.

Subscription form

You have to subscribe first, to receive the password, in order to unlock the food basket form.

It is not time to subscribe yet. Subscription periods will be disclosed during our church services. Please take note that, for your subscription to be considered, you have to meet one of our members first for your registration. To do so, take an appointment in the Services tab above.
